2. Booking & Reservations

• Same-day bookings may be available depending on vehicle availability

3. Rental Period

• Rental duration is agreed upon at the time of booking
• Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges
• Extensions must be requested and approved in advance

4. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be completed before vehicle pickup
• A security deposit may be required and held during the rental period

5. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Renters agree to:

• Use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all traffic laws
• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Any misuse may result in penalties, termination of the rental, or legal action.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Renters must provide full coverage insurance
• The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period
• Additional charges may apply for damages not covered by insurance

7. Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained
• The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received
• Any damage must be reported immediately

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

9. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required
• The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle
• Deductions may be made for damages, late returns, or violations

10. Limitation of Liability

Seattle Exotic Rentals is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any delays or disruptions beyond our control
